Are these elements in conflict with each other? The question impacts taxpayers on a daily basis. In some contexts the answers are clear-cut. In others they are grayer in nature. Most will vary in the eye of the beholder. This session will address the critical importance of ethics to professionalism, and its relationship to one's responsibility to the taxpayer.
